Application

THE DAILY MASSAGE IS REALLY SIMPLE
Spread the oil generously on the belly, thighs and bottom twice a day. Take the skin between thumb and forefinger and pluck gently.
Spread frei öl® Massage Oil Sensitive liberally over the belly and gently massage it in with stroking movements towards the belly button.
Now carefully take the skin between thumb and forefinger (starting at the belly button) and pluck it gently.
Finally, spread frei öl® Massage Oil Sensitive over your bottom, hips and thighs. Massage yourself in these areas using the same soft circular movements before gently starting a light pinching massage.
